Lands in Slack, or your CRM
Every identified visitor arrives in the channel your team already watches, and pushes into HubSpot as a contact. Salesforce, Attio, Notion or your own stack take it over the webhook.
You know what they read before you reply
Every page they opened, how long they stayed on each one, and what they came back for. You start the conversation already knowing exactly what they care about.
Completely legal
No session replay, no keystrokes, no form contents, and raw IP addresses are never written to disk. Global Privacy Control is honoured before anything runs, and your data is never pooled with another customer’s.
Person-level identification is available in the United States only. Company-level identification is available everywhere.
03 Pricing

04 FAQ
The questions everyone asks.
Is this legal?+
Yes, and it is built to stay that way. Person-level identification runs for United States visitors only and the gate fails closed, so an unknown country is never treated as the US. We never capture session replay, keystrokes or form contents, raw IP addresses are never written to disk, and Global Privacy Control is honoured before anything else runs. You publish a notice-at-collection line we give you at onboarding.
Does it work outside the United States?+
Company-level identification works everywhere. Person-level is United States only. Visitors from the EU, the UK and Canada are identified as companies and never as individuals.
How long does setup take?+
One script tag before the closing body tag, then connect Slack or an email address. Most people are done in a couple of minutes, and we confirm the tag is actually receiving before we call it set up.
Do you sell or pool my data?+
Never. Your visitor data is isolated to your account and that isolation is enforced in the database, not just promised in a policy. There is no shared graph across customers and nothing is resold.
Can I put it on a client’s site?+
Yes, and the refusals matter more than the features there. No replay, no keystrokes, no form values and no stored IPs is a list you can forward to a client before you ask them to add a tag.
What happens when the seven days are up?+
It rolls into $149 a month unless you cancel inside the week. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged at all.
