What Escendo never collects
- No session replay and no heatmaps.
- No keystrokes, and no form field values. Form tracking records only that a named form was started or abandoned.
- No phone numbers.
- Query parameters that look like contact details are stripped from page addresses, in the browser and again on the server.
- The raw IP address is used briefly to look up the company and, in the US, the person, and is never written to storage or logs.
Your data stays yours
- Never combined with another customer’s data.
- Never resold, or pooled into a shared identity graph.
- The dashboard and MCP server only return your own site.

Add a short notice to your privacy policy. We give you the wording during setup.

Can I use Escendo on visitors from Europe?
Yes, at company level only. Whether you need consent is a question for your counsel.
Do I need to update my privacy policy?
Yes. Add a short notice saying you use Escendo. We give you the wording.
Can visitors opt out?
Yes, at escendo.co/optout, across every site. Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are never identified.
Is this legal advice?
No. It describes what the product does. Ask your counsel what applies to you.
