Identify the visitors on your Shopify site

Your tag

Copy your tag from the dashboard. It looks like this:

Steps on Shopify

1. 1Online Store → Themes → ⋯ → Edit code → theme.liquid.
2. 2Paste the Escendo tag just before </body> → Save.

Escendo is built for B2B traffic. On a consumer store most visitors will not be identified as people.

Check it is working

Open your site once. The dashboard confirms the tag is live and lists you as the first visitor. If not, it says why.
